Claire uses AI models (e.g., from OpenAI) to assist with creative and technical workflows. The content generated:

- Is provided “as is” with no warranty

All source code, designs, and content provided by Claire-AI.dev are protected under applicable copyright and intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of your uploaded projects and content.
Claire-AI.dev may retain anonymized versions of your interactions for training and improvement purposes, unless you opt out.
5. Termination
